I was introduced to this new program a while back when I first posted my Cheap or Free Programs for Designers post, and I finally wanted to give some thoughts about this program. The program is called visme.co and it a creative program that provides a lot of templates, stock imagery, and premade typographical layouts. You have a bit of resources at your hands when using the free version, and if you throw a little coin in, you’ll get a lot more. I was provided a complimentary chance to play with the paid version, which has a ton more amazing and useful options!┬á

IÔÇÖd like to start off by saying I WISH i would have had this kind of program while I was in school ┬áso I could have made things look SLICK in any class very quickly. My art history projects would have looked great and I wouldnÔÇÖt have had to sacrifice the time I spent in my other classes were I was learning exactly HOW to make things look this good. Want an A in history? Want to look like a professional in your business class? Use this website.

I have a lot of situations where I need to make a slideshow for something internal, where i need to make an infographic or social asset in a very short amount of time and I canÔÇÖt possibly make something unique and special like I would like. However, I can try if I have a great template to work with. ┬áThere are free and premium options for templates as well. Visme has a nice focus on professional projects like presentations, infographics, and reports. Note: These are visme.co links that are provided for convenience!┬á You can also create other awesome things like social assets for Pinterest, Twitter, Facebook, and Instragram, and a variety of web banners sizes.┬á I think that this program is a great resource for businesses and also students. Students can create clean history presentations without killing themselves over it! Businesses could use this honestly as a go-to for everything they do. This program literally has perfect templates for any web or printed visuals a company would ever need, from presentations to pinterest posts this thing seriously has it all! If you’re a small company who cant hire designers, you don’t need one. Or you can even hire a graphic designer to use this program FOR you and be way less stressed than if you told them to make this presentation in keynote.

A thing that was kind of fun is that you can make animations! However, you can only really show them by downloading them as an html5 file to see the animation which is cool, but also I like a good .gif option ya know? 

Visme.co has a free option you can use however it doesnÔÇÖt allow for as many of the features, but free is free right? There are two other options for pricing you can consider (I would recommend this if youÔÇÖre a small business owner or entrepreneur trying to save money) I think this is a great program for those who need to make things like presentations, flashy resumes, and even social assets even if they have little to no experience with graphic creating. This reminds me a lot like Canva, however I feel like the focus on presentations and business elements really make this a step up.┬á

This program is pretty easy to use, has some pretty decent options for the free version (while a ton of great options on the paid!), and it is browser friendly, you can create on the fly. I’d really recommend it for any students, business owners, and designers out there in need of an easy program for data-focused graphics and more!
